Note: Each exchange has its own security settings for copying API keys, such as 2FA authentication. We do not include those screens as they are standard and their availability depends on the individual settings of your exchange account.

To create API keys, follow these instructions:

Step 1

Log into your account on the HTX exchange website.

Click on the Profile button, represented by a person icon, located in the top right corner. Then select the "API Management" option.

You can also create and configure API keys using the exchange's mobile app. To go to the "API Management" section, open the app and tap on the profile button shaped like a person in the upper left corner. Next, in the upper right corner, tap on the "gear" icon and select the "Trading Settings" option. Scroll down to the "Other" section and choose the "API Management" feature.

Next, as in the browser version of the exchange as well as in the mobile app, you will be redirected to a new page where you need to click on the "Create API" button.

On the page that opens, enter a name for the API key, for example, "JJO".

Check the "Trade" box and enter the J'JO IP addresses in the "IP Address" field, separating them with commas and without spaces.

After you have added the IP addresses and checked the box, click the "Create" button.

Step 2

Now that the keys are created, you need to copy the "Access Key" and "Secret Key" so that you can enter them into the J'JO app.

Important: You will not be able to see your Secret Key again if you exit this page or refresh it. Please copy and save it in a secure place. Please also note that if there is no balance on your HTX account then you wouldn't be able to connect your API keys.

Step 3

Copy the "Access Key" and "Secret Key" from the exchange and paste them into the corresponding fields in your J'JO account.

After copying the keys to the correct fields, click the "Connect Exchange" button.

Congratulations! You have successfully connected your API keys to J'JO. Now you can invest in J'JO system indexes or create your own cryptocurrency index or portfolio.

Step 4

To successfully invest in the cryptocurrency market with J'JO, your assets must be hold in one of the three coins of your choice: USDT, ETH or BTC, and must be in the "Spot" wallet of the HTX exchange.

If after funding your exchange wallet or buying cryptocurrency, your assets are in a different section of the wallet, for example, in the "Fiat" section, follow the steps below to transfer them to the "Spot" section:

1. Go to the "Assets" section of your wallet by clicking on the button of the same name in the upper right corner.
2. In the window that opens, click on the "Fiat" button located on the left side of the screen.
3. If this section displays coins, select the coin you want to transfer, for example USDT, and click on the "Transfer" button next to the coin.

   

4. In the window that opens, select the wallet section you want to transfer the coin from (e.g. Fiat or any other) and the section you want to transfer the coin to ("Spot").

   

5. Enter the amount of coin you want to transfer and click on the "Transfer" button.
6. Check the rest of the wallet sections and repeat the procedure to transfer assets to the "Spot" section if necessary.

After completing these steps, your assets will be successfully transferred to the "Spot" section of the wallet and you can start investing in J'JO system indices.
