To pay for a subscription log in to your J'JO account and go to "Settings", then navigate to the "Subscription" section.
Select the type of subscription: "Ultra - 6" or "Ultra - 12".
Click on the "Connect" button. If you've decided to pay for the subscription using cryptocurrency, click on the "Cryptocurrency" button.
Please, note, that you should disable any kind of translator in your browser before payment or you may see "removeChild" error.
In the opened window choose the coin that you will use to make the payment.

Important note: The payment amount will be slightly higher than the subscription price due to the processing fees charged by the payment gateway NowPayments.

After selecting your cryptocurrency, enter your email address in the "Leave your email and we'll notify you when the seller receives your payment" field to receive a confirmation with the transaction number after payment. Click "Confirm" to verify your email address.
Start the payment process by clicking the "Next step" button.
Please note:
The payment amount displayed in the open window has changed and is now 82.717609 USDT TRC20. You should send the exact amount specified in your payment, as shown in the example below in the field highlighted in red. You can round up the amount slightly to increase the transferred amount.

Copy the address and paste it into your wallet to send the funds, or use the QR code to automatically fill in the recipient's address.

Double-check the amount that NowPayments will receive after deducting all fees and proceed with the payment.
After making the payment, wait until all the payment items on the right side of the screen are confirmed and turn blue.

Note:
If the payment has been processed but the subscription has not been activated, please prepare the following information:

<li>Transaction number. You can find it in the email from NowPayments sent to the email address you provided when making the payment.</li>
<li>Transaction number "Txid" from your wallet or exchange account, from which the funds were sent to pay for the subscription. You can find the txid in the wallet history.</li>

How to pay for a subscription with cryptocurrency?

You can use free access to invest in the J'JO35 system index with a deposit of up to $500.
As soon as the amount of invested funds exceeds $500, J'JO will ask you to choose a subscription type and make a payment.

If you decide not to pay for the subscription, the functionality of all J'JO indices and portfolios will be locked after 7 days. This means that the only available action will be to withdraw all assets under J'JO management to one of the three cryptocurrencies on your exchange: BTC, ETH, or USDT.

 What will happen if I use J'JO for free and my investment balance exceeds $500?

Typically, portfolio management is accompanied by high fees and a percentage of your income being charged. J'JO changes the rules: no more hidden fees or unexpected payments.
You can use free access to invest in the J'JO35 index with a deposit of up to $500. No subscription is required. Once your investments exceed $500, you will be asked to choose your subscription plan and proceed with the payment.
Click on the account icon → Settings → Subscription. 
You can choose one of two subscription options:

The J'JO subscription does not include hidden fees or unexpected payments. The full functionality becomes available immediately after you pay for the subscription of your choice.

To switch to the Free plan, you must meet the following conditions:

How do I switch from the 'Ultra' plan to the 'Free' plan?

If your subscription was paid for using cryptocurrency, it does not renew automatically. In this case, you don't need to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, as you have full control over your next payment.
However, if you pay for your J'JO subscription with a credit card, future payments will be automatically charged to your card.
You can easily cancel the subscription on your own by following the instructions below:

<li>When you pay for your JJO subscription with a credit card through the Stripe payment service, a receipt will be sent to the email address you used to register with JJO. To find this email, use the search bar of your email service and enter "Stripe" or "Your receipt from JJO Finance".</li>
<li>Open the email and click on the "Manage subscription" button.</li>
<li>On the page that appears, enter the email address you used to register with JJO and click the "Send" button. You will be sent an email with a link.</li>
<li>Open the email and click on the "Login" button. A new page will open displaying your transaction history and subscription information.</li>
<li>Click on the "Cancel Plan" button, and the automatic renewal of your subscription will be canceled. However, your current subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.</li>
