If you use assets that are in the index/portfolio for trading on your exchange account, the integrity of the index will be compromised, its operation will be suspended, and it will be locked.
Please use the Portfolio/Index Management feature on the J'JO website for any changes to your portfolio.

How To: Get Support, Report Bugs, or Suggest Features?

J’JO manages only the funds that have been invested in its indexes or portfolios. Portfolio management is done by connecting to an exchange using API keys, which allows J’JO’s algorithms to analyze and rebalance cryptocurrencies but does not allow coins withdrawals.
After investing the chosen amount in the J’JO index, the remaining assets in the exchange account can be used at your discretion without any risk of disrupting the operation of the J’JO index.
Make notice: trading yourself with the J’JO portfolio assets is not allowed!
If it’s done, your portfolio will be blocked (meaning the only thing you will be able to do in J’JO is to withdraw everything in BTC/ETH/USDT) and you will need to create a portfolio again!
Please use managing portfolio settings on the J’JO website only to edit your investment structure.

Keep in mind also to withdraw profits with J’JO only and not with the exchange website, that way you definitely won’t disturb the integrity of your portfolio.

What funds does J'JO manage on the exchange account?

Yes, you can.
If you have purchased any of the J'JO subscriptions, you will be able to create your own index or portfolio. After creating a portfolio/index, you can invest in any number of portfolios or indices simultaneously.
Example:
Let's say you have 5000 USDT in your exchange account. You invested 3000 USDT in the system J'JO index, and the remaining funds can be used at your discretion, traded on your exchange, or invested in any of the proposed J'JO ready-made indexes or portfolios created by you.
The number of possible portfolios on one exchange is not limited.

Can I invest in multiple indexes/portfolios?

A portfolio or index block can occur when assets included in the index/portfolio are involved in operations on the exchange account.
User actions that can cause blockage include:

<li>Trading assets.</li>
<li>Withdrawing assets.</li>
<li>Transferring assets from the spot wallet section to another section.</li>
<li>Sending assets to staking.</li>
<li>Participating in a launch pool using assets from the portfolio.</li>
</ul>
Operations that could have been automatically performed by the exchange based on user-defined settings:
<ul>
<li>Automatic sending of specific assets to staking.</li>
<li>Automatic payment of a subscription using a specific asset.</li>
</ul>
Using assets from the index/portfolio in the mentioned operations and other operations unrelated to J'JO will result as a violation of portfolio integrity and its subsequent blockage.
After the blockage, the only available action for the portfolio in J'JO will be to withdraw all assets into one of the following coins: BTC/ETH/USDT.
You need to reinvest assets back into the portfolio after withdrawing the assets.
Please use the portfolio/index management function on the J'JO website to make any changes to your portfolio.

Why portfolios or indexes can get blocked and how to restore them?

You can change the first and last names that were provided during registration by yourself.

<li>To change your first and last names in JJO, log into your personal account.</li>
<li>Then go to the settings and select the "General" tab.</li>
<li>Delete the old first and last names, enter the new ones.</li>
<li>Click the "Save" button to apply changes.</li>
</ol>
The phone number provided during registration can be changed.
If you want to change your phone number in JJO, you will need assistance from our technical support. <a href="https://jjo.finance/education/16114860561305/23103043500569" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Contact us</a> if you have entered an incorrect number, and we will help you correct it.
The email address provided during the registration of your J'JO account cannot be changed. Please note that you cannot alter your email address.

How to change your personal data in JJO?

Yes, you can sell all your assets and "exit" the index at any time.
The process takes no more than 10 minutes.

Can I sell all my assets and "exit" the index at any time?

Your account might have been blocked for one reason only: when attempting to log into your account, you entered an incorrect password five times in a row.
You can enter your account password again after a one-hour lockout period.
Please keep in mind that when creating your password, you were required to meet the following requirements:

<li>The password should be at least 12 characters long.</li>
<li>The password should contain both uppercase and lowercase characters.</li>
<li>The password should contain at least one digit.</li>
<li>The password should contain at least one special character.</li>
</ul>
Take this information into account when trying to remember your password.

Why did my account get blocked?

Yes, after purchasing any of the J'JO subscriptions, you will be able to connect multiple exchanges to J’JO and create separate indixes or portfolios for each of them. All of this can be done in your personal account within the scope of the paid subscription.

Is it possible to connect multiple exchanges to J'JO and have a separate working index or portfolio on each of them?

If you want J'JO to stop managing your portfolios, convert all your assets invested with them first.
Go to your personal account -&gt; my investments section -&gt; click on the "More" button under the selected index/portfolio.
Go to the "Manage Index/Portfolio" section.
Click on the "Withdraw" icon -&gt; enter the amount you want to withdraw -&gt; select the cryptocurrency BTC/ETH/USDT into which you want to convert your investments.
Then click on the "Continue" button.

<li>Done, your assets will be converted to the selected cryptocurrency within 30 minutes.</li>
</ul>
Next, disable all the exchanges connected to J'JO in your personal account in the "Exchange management" section. Your portfolios will be deleted, and all subsequent rebalancing will be canceled.
Please note: If you have funds in J'JO portfolios or indexes at the time of disconnection, the coins purchased as part of portfolio/index management will remain in your exchange account balance and will not be sold automatically. If you wish to sell or convert them to another cryptocurrency, please do so yourself on the exchange's website.

<li>After that, you can delete your account by going to the settings in your personal account and clicking on the "Delete Account" button.</li>

If you pay for J'JO subscription with a credit card, each future payment will be automatically charged to your card. If you wish to cancel the next automatic payment, please contact us using the chatbot.
If you paid for your subscription with cryptocurrency, J'JO does not make automatic payments, so you do not need to cancel anything. Just do not make the next payment until you decide to join J'JO again.
