Your account might have been blocked for one reason only: when attempting to log into your account, you entered an incorrect password five times in a row.

You can enter your account password again after a one-hour lockout period.

Please keep in mind that when creating your password, you were required to meet the following requirements:

• The password should be at least 12 characters long.
• The password should contain both uppercase and lowercase characters.
• The password should contain at least one digit.
• The password should contain at least one special character.

Take this information into account when trying to remember your password.
