There are several ways to get in touch with us for support:
Go to the "Help Center" section on the J'JO website.
After you enter, you will see a chatbot icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
Click on the icon to start a dialogue.
Type "Contact customer support" in the dialogue box.
The chatbot will offer you to fill out a feedback form to create a ticket. Fill out the form and wait for a response from our technical specialists to the email address you provided.
Under each article in J'JO's Help Center, you will find the phrase "Still have questions? Contact J'JO."
Click on the "Contact J'JO" button, and a feedback form will appear.
Fill out the form by entering your email address, the subject of the email, and a detailed description of your question.
Check the box next to the statement "I'm not a robot" and confirm the captcha.
Wait for a response from our technical support team to the email you provided.
