Please note: all funds are located in the spot wallet of your exchange. After withdrawing funds from under the management of the index or portfolio, they will remain there, on your exchange's wallet, but only in the cryptocurrency that you have chosen to withdraw (BTC, ETH, or USDT).

• If you want to withdraw only a portion of your investments from the index, it is important to consider the following information:

1. Minimum withdrawal amount:

In order to conduct a partial withdrawal, the amount needs to be no less than 10% of the minimum investment amount in the index.

2. Maintaining the minimum investment amount in the index:

After a partial withdrawal, assets in an amount not less than the minimum investment amount must remain in the index. For example, for the JJO35 index on the Binance exchange, this is about $900 at the time of article writing.

3. Example calculation

Example: Let's say you have invested $1000 in the JJO35 index, and the minimum investment amount on your exchange is $400. In this case, you can withdraw a minimum of 10% of 400, that is $40. The maximum you can withdraw is $600.

Process of partial withdrawal of funds:

In your personal account, in the "Portfolios" section, select the index or portfolio of interest. Go to the 'Index/Portfolio Management" section and click on the "withdraw funds" button.

You will see the corresponding menu:

In this menu, you can specify the desired withdrawal amount and the coin into which you want to convert your assets - BTC, ETH, or USDT. After clicking on the "CONTINUE" button, you will see a confirmation window with the expected exchange commission. Click the "confirm" button.

Done! Assets will be converted into the selected cryptocurrency within 30 minutes, and the remaining investments will continue to be managed according to the set parameters. Withdrawing funds does not affect the rebalancing process.
