    How can I cancel my subscription?

    If your subscription was paid for using cryptocurrency, it does not renew automatically. In this case, you don't need to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, as you have full control over your next payment.

    However, if you pay for your J'JO subscription with a credit card, future payments will be automatically charged to your card.

    You can easily cancel the subscription on your own by following the instructions below:

    1. When you pay for your JJO subscription with a credit card through the Stripe payment service, a receipt will be sent to the email address you used to register with JJO. To find this email, use the search bar of your email service and enter "Stripe" or "Your receipt from JJO Finance".
    2. Open the email and click on the "Manage subscription" button.
    3. On the page that appears, enter the email address you used to register with JJO and click the "Send" button. You will be sent an email with a link.
    4. Open the email and click on the "Login" button. A new page will open displaying your transaction history and subscription information.
    5. Click on the "Cancel Plan" button, and the automatic renewal of your subscription will be canceled. However, your current subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

    You can always check the remaining time until the end of your subscription on the "Subscription" page in your J'JO personal account under the "Settings" section.

    Important: Please note that it is not possible to refund the payment for a subscription, as stated in Section 5 of the "Terms of Use", under the "Refund Policy" section, which users agree to upon registration on the J'JO platform.
